Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer service
- Manage, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve performance targets
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize losses
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and community stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of store improvement plans and business strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in sporting goods or large-format retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
