Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Store Manager in daily operations, staff scheduling, and performance management
- Implement visual merchandising standards and inventory control procedures
- Train and develop retail staff on product knowledge and customer service excellence
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product displays
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Contribute to sales targets through team coaching and promotional execution
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in sales data analysis and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- Experience in poultry or FMCG retail highly desirable
