Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring all business objectives and sales targets are met consistently.
- Implement and monitor strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding finance, stock management, and store operations.
- Drive staff development by conducting effective training, coaching, and onboarding sessions for new team members.
- Manage promotional activities and ensure visual merchandising standards align with Levi’s global branding guidelines.
- Supervise recruitment processes at the store level to ensure a high-performing and motivated retail team.
- Manage inventory levels through regular audits and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Handle customer escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or apparel.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and inspire a retail team.
- Deep understanding of retail SOPs, including cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per the mall's operational hours.
