Are you a retail professional with a passion for iconic fashion and a drive for operational excellence? Erajaya is seeking a high-energy and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our Levi's team in Jakarta Raya. As a leader on the front lines, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the brand's premium reputation while fostering a culture of high performance, exceptional customer service, and seamless store operations.
In this role, you will act as the right hand to the Store Manager, overseeing daily activities ranging from stock management and financial reporting to team development and visual merchandising. You will ensure that every customer experience reflects the authentic spirit of Levi's, while simultaneously driving sales targets and maintaining strict SOP compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Store Manager in driving store profitability and achieving monthly sales KPIs.
- Ensure full compliance with SOPs regarding recruitment, training, and operational workflows.
- Monitor and analyze daily stock levels, managing inventory accuracy and replenishment processes.
- Oversee store visual merchandising standards to align with global Levi's brand guidelines.
- Manage team scheduling, performance coaching, and development to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with finance departments to ensure accurate cash handling and daily reporting.
- Monitor store promotions and marketing campaigns to maximize customer foot traffic and conversion.
- Maintain a safe and organized retail environment in accordance with company safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Business or Management.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or premium retail.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a retail team.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
