Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding boutique sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide world-class customer service that reflects the luxury positioning of Roger Vivier.
- Assist in managing boutique operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising standards, and stock replenishment.
- Lead, coach, and mentor retail associates to ensure consistent service standards and high team morale.
- Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures with strict adherence to company policies.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients to drive repeat business.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably with high-end fashion or footwear brands.
- Proven track record in driving sales performance and meeting operational targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong leadership abilities with a passion for coaching and developing retail talent.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English; ability to speak Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail regarding visual merchandising.
