- Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service
- Coach and develop store associates through training, performance feedback, and mentorship
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage inventory control processes including stock counts, ordering, and loss prevention
- Enforce visual merchandising standards and store presentation guidelines
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll processing, and reporting
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS technology
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
