In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between management and store operations, driving excellence in sales performance and customer service standards.
As an Assistant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily pulse of the store. We are looking for a natural leader who can motivate sales teams, monitor transaction accuracy, and ensure that our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are executed flawlessly. If you have a knack for inventory management, team mentoring, and achieving high-stakes sales targets, we want to hear from you.
You will play a vital role in upholding the reputation of Electronic City by maintaining a premium store environment and fostering a shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operational activities to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Monitor and drive individual and store-wide sales targets to ensure monthly KPIs are met.
- Supervise staff performance, providing mentorship and training to enhance service quality.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure stock accuracy at all times.
- Oversee transaction processes at the Point of Sale (POS) and ensure financial compliance.
- Ensure all store SOPs, safety protocols, and company policies are strictly followed.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for the Store Manager.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in electronic or premium consumer goods.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical skills for sales monitoring and inventory management.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
