MSI Global is seeking a dedicated Assistant Superintendent (ASP) Railway Operation to join our dynamic team at the Singapore Rail Test Centre (SRTC). In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance activities essential to the testing and certification of rail systems in Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, managing logistics for testing equipment, and coordinating with engineering teams to optimize operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily railway operations and maintenance activities at the Singapore Rail Test Centre.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols.
- Coordinate with technical teams to schedule and execute complex rail testing protocols.
- Monitor equipment performance and report technical anomalies or maintenance needs promptly.
- Manage inventory and logistics for railway spare parts and testing materials.
- Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure and rolling stock to ensure integrity.
- Train and mentor junior staff on operational procedures and safety compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transport Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in railway operations, logistics, or transport supervision.
- Valid Singapore Class 3B (or equivalent) driving license is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of railway signaling systems and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.
- Proven experience in project coordination and team management.
