Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operational workflows to ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate floor staff to maintain high productivity standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics activities to prevent delays.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all outputs meet company specifications.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and performance documentation for management review.
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and labor regulations on the production floor.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions for process optimization.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operational transitions.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain team morale.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Basic technical proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required by operational needs.
- Educational background in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
