Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure targets are met consistently.
- Supervise and mentor team members to maintain high levels of productivity and engagement.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable feedback to senior management.
- Address and resolve operational issues or conflicts promptly to ensure seamless workflows.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline logistics and inventory management processes.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment in accordance with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a retail or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure professionally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to work on a full-time basis in Mandaue City.
