Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Supervisor in managing daily retail operations and ensuring productivity targets are met.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and perform regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely, professional resolution of issues.
- Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak operational hours.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within retail, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proven ability to solve problems efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Residing in or willing to commute to Cagayan de Oro.
