- Assist in planning and coordinating docking operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion
- Monitor work progress of dock teams and enforce adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and support departments to resolve operational issues
- Conduct regular inspections of docking areas and equipment to maintain operational readiness
- Support resource allocation and inventory management for docking activities
- Document work progress, incidents, and maintenance activities in compliance with company policies
- Train and mentor junior staff on docking procedures and safety best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marine engineering or docking operations
- Strong knowledge of vessel docking procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and engineering specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Valid safety certifications (e.g., marine safety, first aid) preferred
