Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in supervising daily retail operations at iMall Famy Laguna
- Train and guide retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
- Ensure the store maintains cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Assist in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational summaries for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
