Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in supervising daily retail operations and logistics activities
- Coordinate team schedules and assign tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Implement company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance
- Train and mentor junior staff on operational best practices
- Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in retail, logistics, or manufacturing supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
