Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Production Engineering Supervisor in managing daily operations and production scheduling.
- Monitor and analyze production line performance to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Supervise production floor staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to oversee machine performance, uptime, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Lead root-cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and ISO requirements throughout the production cycle.
- Prepare accurate daily production reports and performance metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production engineering role, preferably in a precision manufacturing or automotive component industry.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and using CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a production team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to work in Tangerang, Banten.
