As an Assistant Supervisor, your primary role will be to support the store manager in overseeing all aspects of retail operations. You will oversee inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Additionally, you will analyze sales data, monitor stock levels, and implement loss prevention measures to maximize profitability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Manage and train staff, providing coaching and performance feedback to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and conduct regular stock audits.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to maintain quality and safety.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Assist in scheduling, shift management, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute promotions and marketing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail or logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
