Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Supervisor in daily store operations and workflow coordination
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and manage replenishment processes
- Train and guide store staff on operational procedures and safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure service quality
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and performance metrics
- Enforce company policies and maintain compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for stock transfers
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Retail/Logistics preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, ERP)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle physical tasks
- Basic knowledge of OHS and workplace safety standards
