Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency in the production or logistics area
- Manage and train staff, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management to prevent shortages or overstock
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and problem-solving
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics, issues, and improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, or logistics operations
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and relevant management systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
