Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Train, coach, and motivate front-line staff to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock replenishment.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure safety and hygiene compliance.
- Prepare and submit daily reports, including staff schedules and operational issues.
- Foster a positive team culture and ensure open communication among all employees.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or operational role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or business is a plus.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic office software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
