Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or operational role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or business is a plus.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and basic office software.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
