Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely dispatch and receiving of goods
- Train and mentor staff on operational procedures, safety standards, and equipment handling
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock rotation to prevent shortages or overstock
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce compliance with OHS regulations
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities to maintain seamless supply chain operations
- Resolve customer and stakeholder inquiries regarding shipment status and logistics solutions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in warehousing or transport operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make operational decisions
- Certification in logistics safety standards (e.g., OHSAS 18001) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management platforms
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
