Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production/transport operations and coordinate workflow between shifts
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Train and mentor staff while enforcing safety protocols and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and address operational issues promptly
- Collaborate with management on resource allocation and scheduling
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing/logistics processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years in supervisory/assistant supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes or logistics operations
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems)
- Forklift certification or relevant technical training preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
