We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor to join our team at Kk Group Of Companies. This role is based at our facility in Taman Teratai Mewah (TMW), Kuala Lumpur. As a key leader in our manufacturing and logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing a team of workers, and ensuring efficient production and distribution processes. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. You will collaborate with different departments to optimize workflows, address operational challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing and logistics activities to meet production targets.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of operators and workers to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on production output, operational issues, and team performance.
- Assist in planning and implementing efficient workflow strategies.
- Handle employee scheduling and attendance management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory management software is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Taman Teratai Mewah, Kuala Lumpur.
