As the face of our office, you will be responsible for translating documents, managing correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily translation tasks between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
- Facilitate clear communication with Mandarin-speaking partners and clients.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents and reports.
- Perform general office administration duties, including filing and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (Native or Business Proficiency required).
- Good command of English and/or Indonesian.
- Previous experience in administrative support or office assistance is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of logistics or shipping terminology is a plus.
