CBM Pte Ltd is looking for an Assistant Sustainability Consultant (CBMS) to join our dynamic team in Woodlands, North Region. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering sustainable solutions for our clients, focusing on green building certifications, energy audits, and environmental compliance.
You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive sustainability assessments, analyzing energy consumption data, and recommending cost-effective, environmentally friendly improvements. Working closely with project managers and design teams, you will help integrate sustainability best practices into construction and operational processes, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s green building standards and international frameworks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct green building certification assessments (e.g., BCA Green Mark, LEED, BREEAM) and sustainability audits for new and existing projects.
- Perform detailed energy usage analysis, including data collection, modeling, and identification of efficiency opportunities.
- Develop and recommend environmentally friendly, cost-effective solutions and strategies to improve building performance.
- Prepare clear, concise audit reports, technical documentation, and presentation materials for internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate sustainability criteria throughout the design and construction phases.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s environmental standards and guidelines.
- Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives, including training sessions and workshops for project stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development activities by assisting in proposals, client meetings, and sustainability marketing efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Singapore Green Building certification processes (BCA Green Mark, LEED, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Practical experience in conducting energy audits, sustainability assessments, or environmental impact evaluations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, EnergyPlus, SketchUp).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to varied audiences.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and project delivery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Green Mark Manager, or LEED AP would be an advantage.
