Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network devices
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to ensure optimal uptime and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues escalated from end-users in a timely manner
- Support the implementation of system updates, patches, and security configurations
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and infrastructure projects
- Provide basic technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Prior internship or project experience in system administration is advantageous
