- Assist in designing and documenting system architectures and network configurations
- Support deployment and maintenance of server infrastructure and cloud services
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues proactively
- Create and update technical documentation including network diagrams and SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and testing
- Implement security protocols and compliance measures for IT infrastructure
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and system backup procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration and networking
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) fundamentals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
