Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Taiwan Representative in managing and expanding sales activities across key Indonesian markets
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate shipment processes, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations
- Prepare sales reports, documentation, and presentations for executive review
- Liaise between internal teams (logistics, operations, finance) to ensure smooth workflows
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
- Support trade missions and business development initiatives with Taiwanese partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales coordination or customer service role
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in logistics or international trade preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
