Tanggung Jawab
- Support lead teachers in delivering engaging lesson plans and classroom activities
- Assist in preparing educational materials and maintaining organized learning spaces
- Monitor student progress and provide individualized attention when needed
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Participate in curriculum development and extracurricular activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement educational programs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; diploma in education preferred
- Strong passion for working with children and fostering learning
