Tanggung Jawab
- Implement tailored learning strategies for neurodivergent students
- Assist lead educators in classroom management and lesson delivery
- Monitor student progress and document developmental milestones
- Facilitate social skills groups and peer interaction activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on student support plans
- Adapt teaching materials for diverse learning styles and abilities
- Provide one-on-one support during academic tasks
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Special Education
- Minimum 1 year experience with neurodivergent children
- Certification in ABA or behavioral intervention preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to work in dynamic environments
- Basic knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
