Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the lead teacher in preparing and executing daily classroom activities and lesson plans.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students to ensure they meet their learning milestones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Monitor student progress and report observations to the lead teacher or parents as required.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to organize school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and educational resources.
- Help manage classroom discipline and encourage positive social interactions among students.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience working in the education or childcare field.
- Possess a minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, patient personality.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Passionate about child development and creating a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
