Tanggung Jawab
- Support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and daily activities
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for preschool-aged children
- Assist with classroom management while maintaining positive behavioral guidance
- Prepare educational materials and maintain organized learning spaces
- Document children's developmental progress and communicate observations to parents
- Collaborate with staff on curriculum development and event planning
- Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with relevant early childhood education certification
- 1+ years of experience working with children aged 3-6 years
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Creative, patient, and adaptable teaching approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Passion for fostering children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth
