Tanggung Jawab
- Support lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities
- Assist with classroom preparation, material organization, and resource management
- Provide individualized support to students based on their learning needs
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and document developmental milestones
- Participate in parent-teacher communication and school events
- Contribute to curriculum development and educational material creation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; degree in Education or Early Childhood preferred
- 1+ years experience in childcare or classroom support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and passion for child development
- Basic understanding of educational methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in First Aid or Childcare a plus
