Are you passionate about early childhood education? NTUC First Campus is looking for a dedicated Assistant Teacher, English, Infant Care (AIE) to join our nurturing team. Tanggung Jawab
- Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences, with a specific focus on English language acquisition and early literacy.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and general well-being of all infants and toddlers under your care.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and foster their social-emotional growth.
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Teacher to plan, prepare, and execute daily activities and curriculum goals.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress, daily routines, and milestones.
- Document observations and report developmental milestones accurately for parent-teacher conferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment at all times, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is preferred.
- Certificate in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential for this role.
- Demonstrated passion, patience, and genuine interest in working with infants and toddlers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undergo mandatory training and certification as required by the Ministry of Education (MOE).
