Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead teachers in developing and implementing age-appropriate English language curriculum for infants and toddlers
- Create engaging sensory play activities to support language acquisition and cognitive development
- Monitor and document children's developmental milestones, behavior, and progress
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment adhering to hygiene standards
- Collaborate with parents to support children's home learning and communication development
- Participate in professional development to enhance early childhood education practices
- Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap-time care with sensitivity
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent certification)
- Minimum 1 year experience in infant/toddler care or early childhood setting
- Strong command of English language with ability to model proper pronunciation and vocabulary
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate learning activities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with young children
- Patience, creativity, and genuine enthusiasm for early education
