As an Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with lead teachers to implement creative lesson plans, manage classroom dynamics, and provide individualized support to our students. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide supervision and support to children during classroom activities, playtime, and transitions.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment for all students.
- Foster positive relationships with children and encourage their social-emotional development.
- Assist in preparing classroom materials, learning aids, and creative displays.
- Monitor student progress and report observations to the lead teacher.
- Ensure compliance with all school policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in a preschool setting is a plus.
- Passionate about working with young children and creating a positive learning experience.
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) is highly preferred.
- High level of patience, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
