- Support the Team Leader in managing daily store operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service across all customer touchpoints
- Assist in inventory control processes, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular audits
- Handle cash management procedures, including POS operations and daily reconciliation
- Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and support training initiatives
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and clean store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing role preferred
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team supervision or mentoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
