Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure Customer Service Reports (CSR) and Service Chits are accurately uploaded for monthly invoicing processes
- Raise and process Purchase Orders for vendors and subcontractors in a timely manner
- Coordinate between technical teams and customers to resolve service-related issues efficiently
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of all customer service activities
- Support the implementation of service delivery processes and improvements
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless customer support operations
- Monitor and track service request status and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Assist in quality assurance by reviewing service documentation for accuracy and completeness
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent in Business, Technical, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, administrative, or technical support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with purchase order processing and vendor coordination is advantageous
