- Coordinate CNC customer support activities to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation for CNC operations, service records, and client communications
- Assist in scheduling and prioritizing service requests to optimize resource allocation
- Facilitate communication between technical staff, management, and clients
- Monitor service performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the training and development of technical staff on CNC procedures and protocols
- Assist in inventory management of CNC parts and supplies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in CNC operations or technical coordination
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in documentation systems and scheduling software
- Basic knowledge of CNC machinery and technical processes
