Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical management or senior IT roles
- Strong expertise in business technology solutions and enterprise systems
- Proven project management experience with successful technology implementations
- Deep understanding of insurance industry technology requirements and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, TOGAF) highly desirable
