Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage business technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to optimize performance and cost.
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and security, implementing improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, industry regulations, and cybersecurity standards.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or technology solutions delivery, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure), and software development methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master, or equivalent are highly regarded.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and cybersecurity best practices.
