Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations for external technology partners and solution providers.
- Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of existing business applications and infrastructure.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for technical projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or technology operations within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and IT governance frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on schedule.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems, cloud technologies, or insurance-specific core systems is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
