Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of business-critical technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional technical specifications.
- Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure 99.9% system availability.
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements to optimize performance and costs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data governance standards within the insurance sector.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the deployment of new software releases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management or business systems analysis.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level software implementation projects.
- Strong proficiency in SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
- Experience working in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and cloud-based infrastructures (AWS/Azure).
