- Lead the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions that support business operations and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management for technology initiatives
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure and systems
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for technology products and services

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management or technical leadership roles
- Strong understanding of insurance industry operations and technology requirements
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in various technologies, including cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications in IT management or technical fields are highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
