We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Technical Manager / Senior Executive, Business Technology Solutions to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our business technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. You will manage a portfolio of technology projects, from concept to implementation, and work closely with various departments to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the technical delivery of projects, managing vendor partnerships, ensuring systems and data integrity, and leading a team of technical professionals. You will also be involved in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of business technology solutions in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Ensure the security, availability, and reliability of IT systems and applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that drive business value.
- Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business technology solutions, technical project management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and its regulatory environment is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or TOGAF are highly desirable.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
