Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of business technology solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and manage system design.
- Supervise technical project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to facilitate seamless system integrations and maintenance.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify technical bottlenecks, and implement proactive optimization strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry data governance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, systems analysis, or technical consultancy, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and digital transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and large-scale enterprise system deployments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical language.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or AWS/Azure certifications) are highly regarded.
