We are currently seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Assistant Technical Manager / Senior Executive to join our Business Technology Solutions team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between complex business requirements and innovative technological implementations, driving digital transformation within the insurance sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, define, and document business requirements for technology projects.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of business technology solutions, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Oversee system integrations and ensure seamless communication between disparate technical platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and business continuity.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for technical improvement and optimization.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to facilitate system upgrades and maintenance activities.
- Develop comprehensive user documentation and provide training sessions to stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain high security standards and ensure all solutions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, technical project management, or systems support.
- Strong understanding of the insurance domain and relevant business processes.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in database management and system architecture concepts is highly advantageous.
