- Manage and deliver technology projects and solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems, ensuring smooth integration and user adoption.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service performance.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and junior staff.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business technology, IT project management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end technology projects in a complex environment.
- Strong understanding of the insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
