- Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of business technology solutions
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology requirements and develop strategic solutions
- Oversee the integration of new systems with existing business processes
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met
- Develop and implement technology governance frameworks and best practices
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement measures
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential application to business needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management or technical leadership roles
- Strong understanding of business technology solutions and digital transformation
- Experience with insurance industry technology systems and processes is preferred
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex IT projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Professional certifications in IT management or related fields are advantageous
