We are currently seeking a highly motivated and strategic Assistant Technical Manager / Senior Executive, Business Technology Solutions to join our dynamic team. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee system implementations, and ensure that technology solutions align with MSIG's long-term digital strategy. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of business technology projects, from initiation to delivery and closure.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of IT systems and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and risk assessments to mitigate potential project blockers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior technical staff and team members to foster professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project management or business technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a corporate or financial services environment.
- Familiarity with insurance or financial services domain knowledge is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and enterprise systems.
