We are looking for a highly skilled Assistant Technical Manager / Senior Executive, Business Technology Solutions to bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical implementation.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our core insurance systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, lead technical project initiatives, and ensure that our business technology solutions remain agile, scalable, and secure. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end technical lifecycle of business technology projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal business units to translate business needs into robust system specifications.
- Collaborate with developers and external vendors to oversee system enhancements, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and internal risk management policies.
- Perform UAT coordination and ensure seamless production releases for core insurance platforms.
- Monitor system performance metrics and propose continuous improvements to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and support to business users to facilitate smooth adoption of new technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, system administration, or technical project management.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise-grade applications, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and cloud-based business architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
